WHAT’S INCLUDED AT CCF
Tables & Chairs Provided at no extra cost for up to your reserved group size. Your group handles setup and teardown.
Kitchen Access Warming kitchen included — refrigerator, counter space, and microwave. Full commercial appliance access may require prior approval.
Restrooms Men’s and women’s restrooms available for the duration of your rental.
Approved Rooms Only Access limited to rooms specified in your rental agreement. All other areas remain restricted.
AV & Sound Basic setup available with advance approval through our AV coordinator. Full tech support billed at $75/hr.
Parking On-site parking available for guests at no additional charge.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RENTERS
Availability
CCF prioritizes its own ministries and congregation events. Sundays are not available for external rentals. Friday evenings and Saturdays are your best windows. Wednesday and Thursday evenings may be restricted due to midweek services.
Conduct & Alcohol Policy
As a religious property, all renters must sign a Facility Usage Agreement. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. CCF is an ideal venue for baby showers, family reunions, birthday celebrations, and corporate seminars.
CCF Member Pricing
Active CCF congregation members receive discounted rental fees. Please contact Elizabeth Baden at ebaden@ccf-va.org before booking to discuss member rates.
Booking & Payment
Full rental fee and security deposit are due at the time of booking. Cancellations made 14+ days in advance receive a full refund of the rental fee. Within 14 days, the rental fee is forfeited.
